Over a year ago ABTECH working with S&J lighting starting the negotiations with the Owners of this staple office building in Jeffersonville IN. The project was very large, 6 floors of mixed use office space. multiple tenants different business. Lighting demands different in most areas from down lighting to recessed as well as lay-in fixtures. Furthermore the outdoor Lighting was upwards of 70 ft in the air as well as tough to get to. After a change of ownership and multiple proposals ABTECH has finally completed the project. Saving over 60% on the Lighting energy onsite as well as lower the cost to operate the facility for years to come. Enjoy the project photos!
